Who we are

Oqelvia is operated by the Oqelvia team. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form.

What we collect

  • Account data: full name, work email, a securely hashed password (or your Google identity if you sign in with Google), company name, workspace name, organization type, role, and primary workflow entered during sign-up.
  • Workspace data: products and other records you add, notifications, and notification preferences.
  • Enquiries: name, email, and optional company, job title, team size, and message submitted via Request Demo, Contact Sales, or Security Review forms.
  • Technical data: authentication and server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and timestamps).

Why we collect it

To create and secure your account, provide your workspace, respond to your enquiries, and keep the service operating and protected from abuse.

How it is stored and secured

Data is stored in a managed cloud database. Connections use HTTPS/TLS. Access to workspace records is restricted by database row-level policies so that only members of a workspace can read its data. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers solely to run the service; Google processes sign-in data if you choose Google sign-in.

Retention and deletion

Account and workspace data is kept while your account is active. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. To delete your account and workspace data, submit a request via the security review form; self-service deletion is not yet available in the app.

Cookies and local storage

Oqelvia stores your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
