Agreement
These terms govern your use of Oqelvia, provided by the Oqelvia team. By creating an account you agree to them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity in your account. One person per account.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other workspaces or bypass security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful content or data you have no right to use.
- Do not overload, probe, or disrupt the service, or submit spam through its forms.
Your data and ownership
You keep ownership of the data you add to your workspace. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Oqelvia software, design, and branding remain ours.
AI outputs and sample data
AI insights are decision support and must be reviewed by qualified food scientists. Sample modules are labelled demo data and are not validated results. Oqelvia is not a substitute for laboratory testing, regulatory review, or professional judgement.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of outputs. Liability limits and governing law for paid plans are set out in each customer agreement.
Termination
You can stop using Oqelvia at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
